By creating a shared vision for our spiritual community, and by joining together in the decision-making and the actions that fulfill this vision and keep this congregation healthy, we encourage each other to grow, we build friendships, and we capture the essence of Unitarian Universalism’s belief in the worth of the individual, the power of community, and the strength of the democratic process.
