The Hindu festival of Diwali celebrates the triumph of light over darkness good over evil, and knowledge over ignorance. Diwali or Deepavali means “rows of lamps,” and includes the lighting of lamps in homes,
businesses, temples, and streets, as well as fireworks, feasting, and family gatherings.

Alegría Singers will perform “Aeyaya Balano Sakkad” by Manamadurai Balakrishnan Srinivasan.
