“That Which You Resist, Persists”

Join us In Person or on Zoom (ID: 991 2292 1439 / PW: FUCSJ)

Resistance, in its truest form, is not anger but rather a vision that has yet to be realized. Too often, the resistance we see on the news and social media or encounter in person, is expressed as anger and indignation. Anger—even when it is justified or righteous—tends to linger in place, frustrating the very vision that seeks to come into being. To make real change happen requires that we move beyond anger through love: a love that protects, restores, and makes room for something new. When resistance is rooted in love, it does more than confront injustice—it loosens and dismantles the bonds that hold us in a cycle of never-ending anger. When rooted in love, resistance makes a way for a more humane future.
