Through practices of generosity and gratitude we can find our ground, even in the most difficult of times. Gratitude and generosity also connect us to our web of Interbeing with others. We have an opportunity in every moment to decide what seeds we will plant in our lives, and what we don’t want to grow, and connecting to generosity and gratitude can help be our guides. There is a reason why practices of generosity and gratitude are a part of many world religions.
