This Sunday we share three spiritual practices for all ages that lure us toward self-compassion. We release ourselves from self-judgment, remember how to be kind to ourselves, sense our interconnectedness (we are not alone!), and find a new, more mindful balance…….. Or at least we make some moves in these directions! The service concludes with the Alegría Singers virtually leading us in Adam Podd and Ana Levy-Lyons’ beautiful and rousing “Grounded and Guided.”
