The Jewish high holidays ( Rosh Hashanah (“Jewish New Year”) and Yom Kippur (“Day of Atonement”); have a dual purpose. We look inward to find our truest self and look outward to our community and its needs. Engaging in deep listening can help us hear our voice still and small and hear the voices of our family, communities, and ecology.
