Maxine Goulding is the on-site coordinator for the First Unitarian Church and will help you with floor plans, rehearsal and coordination of your special or business event. She will be on-site to help with the set up of the rooms for tables and chairs, assist vendors move in and move out, help with logistics and be there for your assistance throughout your event from start to finish.

In addition, Maxine can provide a source for exceptional suppliers/vendors from caterers to photographers and having this help at hand will save you time and relieve you of much of the associated stress, giving you peace of mind.
