Dianne began playing for the First Unitarian Church of San José worship services in 1995 just before we had to move to the St. James Center across the street because of fire damage to the church building. She was our accompanist most of the three years we were in the St. James Center. When she left to pursue other interests, Dianne was replaced by the wonderful Brad Handshy. When Brad left, and church was seeking another accompanist, she jumped at the opportunity.
Dianne has a degree in music from U.C. Berkeley and has played for theaters, composed music for theatrical productions, directed and music directed. She is also the creator of a preschool program for budding musicians called "Jamboree." And, if you want piano lessons, she's your girl!
